Heart Tea Blend

Body: trauma, anxiety, exhaustion, tension, insomnia, adrenal weakness,
Spirit: opens the heart, promotes love of self, uplifts, boosts mood, offers protection and hope, reignites trust and courage
Dosage: 1tbsp of tea: 1 cu/water
Preparation: Steep 1tbsp of tea in 1cu/boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Strain. Sweeten [optional] and enjoy. Can also be chilled and enjoyed cool/cold. Also goes well with a lemon squeeze.
Frequency: 1-2 cups/day
