Dream (& Sleep) Support Tea Blend

Body: barriers in visioning, sleeping, resting, dreaming; mental blockages; inability to envision the future/to imagine beyond the present moment
Spirit: supports us in inviting dreams and visioning, and opens the portal to receiving deep sleep, including messages/communication from ancestors of light
Dosage: 1tbsp of tea: 1 cu/water
Preparation: Steep 1tbsp of tea in 1cu/boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Strain. Sweeten [optional] and enjoy. Can also be chilled and enjoyed cool/cold.
Frequency: 1-2 cups/day
