Recommendations for Use:
My recommendation is of course, just a suggestion, so I invite you to take what serves you and leave the rest. Experimentation, until you reach your desired result, is also key. I like to take a bit of the oil and warm it slightly (in the microwave for a few seconds [over a candle/flame or in a double boiler] if you are not using a microwave; warming the oil helps to penetrate the medicine more effectively. Be careful not to overheat.

I soak up the oil with a cotton ball and then dab it all over my scalp, massaging it in as you cover your full head. I also rub the oil into the ends of my hair and throughout my hair with what remains on my hands after a few dropperfulls [amount is dependent on how much hair you have/what you specifically need].

I apply the oil both when my hair is damp, and when my hair is dry. Because of my hair type, applying the oil with damp hair gives me extra, luscious volume/frizz. However, the moisture is best retained when you apply the oil with damp hair.

In terms of frequency, if you are tackling baldness/hair growth, I recommend using the oil every 2-3 days. If you are using the oil to add moisture to your routine, 1x/week, or as desired, is just fine. Frequency is unique to your needs, but the oil is safe to use daily, if you choose to.
